In the apartment there is a double bedroom with a window, a large bathroom with shower and handles for disabled, living room with sofa bed (two single beds independent) and kitchenette.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, wi-fi, safe, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 electric hotplates, hair dryer, crockery and linen.
Outside a private garden with table and chairs and views of park and swimming pool.
Reserved parking and access for disabled.

Payment
You will pay 35% deposit of the total amount when booking apartment. The balance of the payment must be regulated on arrival. Method of payment: Cash (EUR), POS and with the major credit cards.
Prices are in Euros and including VAT. In addition to the cost of the holiday must be added the municipal tax of 1 euro per day per person. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Cancellation policies
If you cancel your reservation until 15 days before date of arrival the deposit back to you 100% (less any commissions by PayPal). If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

Exclusive use living room for tastings and small meetings - Price on request.
Additional change of linen - 3 euro linen Bath; 5 euro linen change for person, VAT included.
Use of swimming pool
The pool is open from June to September and is to be used except to hotel guests from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard and children are admitted only if accompanied by responsible adults.
Inside the water you must use swimming cap ever.
Do not disturb other guests.
Animals: In Borgo Piccaratico pets are not allowed.
Smoke: In the apartments is not allowed.
