Wine made from a selection of Sangiovese, Colorino e Canaiolo handpicked in boxes.
The wine is made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, using a long maceration (15-20 days) on the skins. After fermentation it is left to mature in French oak barrels for 1 year. It is aged in the bottle for at least 6 months before being marketed.
The color is deep ruby red with garnet reflections, the nose is large, with complex aromas of red berries (blackberry, blueberry), cinnamon and pepper. The taste is harmonious and well structured, slightly tannic with a lingering finish.
