Wine made from a selection of Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo handpicked and vinified in the cellar of the company.
The wine is made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, using a long maceration (15-20 days) on the skins. After fermentation is left to mature in steel tanks for at least 12 months and aged in the bottle for at least 2 months before being marketed.
The color is deep ruby red with intense aromas and net of red fruits and violets. The taste is well structured, fresh and balanced.
